Our cooking experience with Nahoko was great! My friend and I really loved learning from her. We even had to rebook and she was very flexible with us, which we really appreciated! She was patient and very helpful. Overall, a fun and delicious experience with Nahoko!
Me and my housemate booked in for a gyoza class with Nahoko and had a lovely time ! She also explains about Japanese food traditions which was lovely. She walked us through the cooking process and was there to answer all our questions :) thank you for this lovely experience !
It’s so fun time! I love Gyoza, but I have never made dumplings skin for gyoza,I’ve thought it’s difficult. Nahoko’s lesson was nice and fun. Making dumpling skin is fun like playing clay in my childhood. Nahoko’s home I saw through web camera is very nice, and she has so many knowledge of Cooking and Japanese special taste UMAMI. Nahoko’s recipe is healthy and addictive-free,non-chemical seasoning. If you found dislike food or you can not prepare the foods of lesson’s list,it’s okay I think Nahoko will suggest for you plan B. You can made Namul also,It’s so good texture!! And Gyoza is sooooo yummy!! I really regretted I was not prepare beer!! Gyoza and beer are perfect matching!! I really recommend this class for beer lover! Of course it’s will be fun for not beer lover also.

Tody’s homemade gyoza and namul classroom have been a great learning experience. The skinot gyoza is sticky, and the hazome gyoza was burnt for the first time in birth. Namul’s Japanese mustard spinach and bean sprouts were crispy, and they taught me how to boil them, so it was easy to understand.
Nahoko is a very nice person and an excellent cookingteacher. When I told her I couldn't eat mushrooms she immediately suggested other products I could use to get the intended umami-taste. Worked wonderful and the gyoza were very tasty.

Thanks so much Nahoko! The virtual gyoza from scratch class was brilliant and good fun, and Nahoko was a fantastic, friendly and patient teacher. The class was detailed, a good level and now I feel like I have the knowledge and skill to do it again myself. So glad I joined from the other side of the world! and would definitely attend another virtual class. Though one day I hope to join another class with Nahoko in real life also. :)
