It’s so fun time! I love Gyoza,but I have never made dumplings skin for gyoza,I’ve thought it’s difficult. Nahoko’s lesson was nice and fun. Making dumpling skin is fun like playing clay in my childhood. Nahoko’s home I saw through web camera is very nice,and she has so many knowledge of Cooking and Japanese special taste UMAMI. Nahoko’s recipe is healthy and addictive-free,non-chemical seasoning. If you found dislike food or you can not prepare the foods of lesson’s list,it’s okay I think Nahoko will suggest for you plan B. You can made Namul also,It’s so good texture!! And Gyoza is sooooo yummy!! I really regretted I was not prepare beer!! Gyoza and beer are perfect matching!! I really recommend this class for beer lover! Of course it’s will be fun for not beer lover also.
