"Okonomi" means "whatever you like".
So it's made from flour, eggs, broth with many different toppings.
2. Strawberry Daifuku(sweet mochi)
As strawberry Daifuku, it is a popular and simple Japanese sweet.
Making it is very enjoyable.
And it's pretty and yummy!!
3. Miso soup
Miso soup is food necessary for Japanese life style.
Miso is a paste made from fermented soy beans.
Ingredients are various combination of vegetable, mushroom and tofu etc.

This is a two-hours online private cooking class using Zoom. After introducing ourselves, I'll be guiding you step by step to make three popular Japanese foods.
At the beginning, we will make Strawberry Daifuku,
You will probably be surprised that it is easy to make and it's yummy.
Then, we will make Okonomiyaki with chopped cabbage by using a frying pan.
Adding tofu into the butter makes Okonomiyaki healthy and moist.
And you will also get hooked on the superb combination of Japanese Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise.
In Miso soup part, I'll teach you to make Japanese fish broth "Dashi" from scratch.
Since this class is taught privately, I will be able to provide detailed information about dishes.
