My class is going to make noodle and broth that I’m still learning from where I’m working as a ramen chef.
I’m gonna use some dry bonito and pork bone and fat those thing are gone be changed depends on weather and my feeling haha

Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

He shared his home with us as if we were best mates, he showed us all the steps for making the ramen. Once we had had a nice big bowl he took us to a small local yakitori restaurant because we mentioned it was something we wanted to try while we were here. Overall 10/10 would recommend!
