In this hands-on class, you will create a rich, deeply layered vegetarian ramen broth from scratch. We use a variety of mushrooms, lotus root, shiso, and other unique seasonal Japanese vegetables to build natural umami. Finished with fragrant toasted sesame paste, the soup becomes creamy, complex, and beautifully balanced.
You’ll also prepare fresh noodles, thoughtfully crafted toppings, and crispy vegetable gyoza, learning how to fold and cook them perfectly.
Experience the depth of plant-based Japanese cooking in a warm and welcoming our Tokyo home kitchen.
