・Miso ramen
Miso Ramen is made with curly noodles in a soup containing pork, garlic, ginger, green onions, bean sprouts, miso, and bonito stock. Noodles use ready-made raw noodles.
In this cooking class, we will make ramen together! 300cc of water, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 clove of grated garlic, 5g of grated ginger Add 2 tablespoons of miso, 1 teaspoon of chili bean paste, 50g of 1/2 green onion, 1/2 teaspoon of ajinomoto, black pepper, add 100g of dissolved bean sprouts and simmer for a few minutes.
