  • Ramen

    Ramen

    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

  • Gyoza

    Gyoza

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

Cooking Class Information

Ramen

The noodles are handmade.
You will make ramen from scratch, including the soup.

The miso ramen soup is made with my homemade miso, aged for about 10 months for a rich flavor.

The soy sauce ramen is topped with chashu pork, which is prepared over two days.



Gyoza

You will make gyoza completely by hand, including the wrappers.

The dumplings are filled, wrapped, and cooked from scratch.
I will also teach you how to make crispy gyoza.



Fruit Daifuku

Make traditional Japanese sweets using sweet white bean paste and fresh fruit, wrapped in soft mochi.



Matcha

Finally, you will enjoy a bowl of matcha.
You can also try making it yourself.
