About Host

Food culture is very deep, and by knowing the food culture, you can see the unique climate, customs, and thoughts of the country. In particular, we Japanese are good at cooking methods that make the most of the inherent umami of ingredients. I also think about the health of the people who eat them, and I cook with sincerity because I want to see their smiles. Japan is proud of its food culture, which values caring for others. Therefore, Patia's Japanese Cooking Class started a cooking class for foreign tourists visiting Japan with the desire to share such Japanese food culture with people around the world.
