In this cooking class,
we will make sushi and miso soup from scratch. Cook rice and mix seasonings to make sushi, season and prepare ingredients. You can learn how to make traditional Japanese miso soup, which is made from bonito and kelp. We will also give you advice on how to make it in your home country.
