★★★★★We had a wonderful and super interactive cooking session with Minori! Thank you so much for inviting us to your house and to teach us how to prepare a traditional okonomijaki and jaki udon - it was just delicious and we will try it now at home :) I can highly recommend the cooking session with Minori and wouldn't miss this experience during our Japan travels. Minori is super nice and helpful and answered all of our questions and we had great discussions about Japan and the eating culture in general. Thank you so much!

★★★★★Minori picked us up at the station with her car and brought us to her cafe, which she runs during the day. She taught us how to make okonomiyaki and we really enjoyed it. Afterwards she told us, that it’s common to also fry some yakiudon with soy sauce powder on the same stove, so we also enjoyed this. Last but not least we ate some shaved ice called „kakigori“, which was prepared by Minori. We can recommend this cooking class to everyone, since Minori was a lovely person!
