Cooking Class Menu

Our cooking experience begins with a warm welcome at Moriguchi subway station (Exit 4), where I’ll meet you and guide you on a short 4-minute walk to my home. Upon arrival, I’ll provide a brief introduction to the class and an overview of what we’ll be creating together.

We’ll start by making the flavorful ramen soup base, followed by preparing chashu—a tender, braised pork that is a signature topping for ramen. While the ramen simmers to perfection, we’ll shift our focus to crafting the delicious filling for gyoza, choosing between pork or chicken.

Next, we’ll cook the gyoza, achieving the perfect balance of crispy and juicy, before finishing up the ramen with final toppings and assembly. Once everything is ready, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the meal, chatting and practicing some basic Japanese phrases to enhance your cultural experience.

It’s a fun, hands-on class that combines great food, a taste of Japanese culture, and plenty of warm hospitality. I can’t wait to cook with you!
