Cook the rice.
Make sushi rice.
Prepare the fresh fish.
Shape the sushi rice into balls.
Add wasabi.
Place the fresh fish on top to make nigiri sushi.
Wagyu Maki Sushi
Cook the rice.
Make sushi rice.
Place nori seaweed on a bamboo mat and spread the sushi rice over it.
Add wagyu beef, etc.
Roll up the sushi.
Let it sit for a while before cutting.

Heat the ingredients in a pot to make warabi mochi.
Cut the warabi mochi into bite-sized pieces.
Place in a bowl and sprinkle with kinako (roasted soybean flour) and kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup).
