and they also said that it is so difficult to find.
So I desided that I starting up cooking class

I went to various cooking classes while traveling in Asia, Europe, USA etc.
I hope to teach correct Japanese cuisine to everyone from overseas,
taking advantage of the experience gained in cooking classes in various countries.
Especially in Japan, the Kansai region is a place that can be said as the center of food culture.

So. Much. Fun! The four of us will be cooking Okonomiyaki back in the US for certain. Our hosts were DELIGHTFUL! What we want when we take a class like this is the information about how to make the food (of course) but even more importantly to have a chance to interact with non tourists and hear stories about their lives. 5 out of 5 stars in both areas. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. Actually, I will recommend this to people even if they do not ask!
My son booked my last vacation with this package as a birthday. I am not all that and the thought of going to someone's house didn’t thrill me. I went anyway and I am happy I did. My host was warm, lovely and a great cook. We bonded over cooking. It was a beautiful
Our kids are curious about everything so this was an opportunity to expose them to another culture. The food was a bonus. My daughter has been trying to recreate the meal at home.
