Another easy to get hold of ingredients dish. Using tin of tuna, shredded carrots and bonito flakes, we will be making delicious and addictive dish.

I will be serving Organic rice from my favourite rice farm in Hyogo area.
My class is well thought out class so it doesn't matter if you are a good or not so good cook to join me in the kitchen.
I will chop Gyoza ingredients and get things ready in advance for you all.
First, I will show you have to clean and get ready to cook some Japanese rice properly.
We then will make cucumber and beansprouts salad very quickly and let it cool in the fridge.
Gyoza dough will be rested and smooth so it will be ready to make it thin and round shape.
We mix all the veggies and mix mince meat well.
Add some seasoning and we start folding gyoza together.
While gyoza is sizzling, we will move on to carrot shirishiri dish.
Finally, we make simple miso soup.
It will be so delicious, comforting and make you feel at home experience for sure.
