Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.
We can cook Japanese pancake("Okonomiyaki") together!
I don't use specific one can be got only in Japan.
I'll show how to cook with vegetables or ingredients normally get anywhere.
Okonomi means "what you like" ,so if you learn how to cook basic one, you can arrange and put your favorite things in.
