・Okonomiyaki
It is a japanese casual food.In my class we sandwich noodles and bake it.And then,you apply souce and sprinkle with dry seaweed.My hasband love it with gesoten that is tempura of squid legs.
・Takoyaki
We bake many small balls of flour with
an octpus inside.We often have a takoyaki party with families and friends at home.You can choose ingredients instead of octpus.For example,cheese,tomatoes,sausages,tuna,anything you like!
We will start from baking noodles.By doing so,it will be crisp.Next is cutuing
materials.Cabbage,Green onion, Gesoten,Octopus,and more.Not so much,and easy!
And,we make okonomiyaki and takoyaki dough with water,eggs,and the flour.The point is how to mix and amount of water!!
You bake a okonomiyaki in a frying pan and takoyaki with a designated plate.Takoyaki is rolled with chopsticks.It will be fun!
At last,you put them on plates and apply the sauce and sprinkle with dry seaweed and katuobushi.
