Udon is a kind of Japanese noodle, which is very popular and common in Japan.
However, most people(even restaurants) in Japan don't make Udon by themselves and just buy it from supermarket or factory simply because it takes time and needs muscle strength.
In this activity, we are going to make Udon by our foot!!!!!!! YES, It sounds crazy, but we are going to do it. Trust me, actually it works very well. With our foot, making Udon from scratch becomes not that difficult.
In the class, I will not only teach you how to cook but also will mention some knowledge about how to eat healthily and how to buy ingredients correctly. After making udon, we will also cook udon fish stork and simmered Wagyu beef together.
At the end of this activity, you will get Udon, simmered Wagyu beef, a Mochi dessert and full recipe. (Children are super welcome. They needs to be 8 years old or older) . The class is from 10:00am.
My father is a chef and my mother is a doctor. When I was a child, my parents taught me lots of knowledge about the definition of healthy and delicious food. After getting my master degree of chemical engineering, I started to look at food from lots of angles(chemical, medical, nutritional, etc.) I think food plays a very important role in people's life. Hopefully everyone can eat correctly and healthily every day.
