We will cook everything together!
ex.) Udon
1. mix flour, water and salt
2. knead dough
3. make dashi soup
4. roll out the dough
5. cut the dough
6. topping anything on the udon
........
FInish!!
We will also cook Tempura!!!!
Japanese cuisin always use this dashi.soak previous night.
Put in bonito with seaweed, making more better. Then after take out.Next put in soysouse ,Mirin,some solt.finish.
