Cooking Class Menu

★Takoyaki
is a Japanese savory snack in the shape of little round balls containing pieces of octopus.
It is made from dough, mixture of flour and water.
When we prepare takoyaki, it is necessary to use a special pan whose surface has round half circled dents.

★Yakisoba
is stir-fried noodles with meat and vegetables.
Yakisoba is usually flavored with sauce or salt.
You add red pickled ginger and green seaweed flakes on top of yakisoba.
