Our sushi class includes three kinds of sushi (temari, nigiri and gunkan-maki), Japanese omelet and miso soup. Not only enjoying to make sushi but talking and food. Japanese omelette is very thick and use a special pan. And you can learn how to make authentic miso soup. It's absolutely different from instant one. You will know culture and sushi history, too.

Our cooking experience with Emi was amazing! We arrived early and she was extremely hospitable. Her kitchen was spacious and clean, and Emi spoke English almost perfectly. She was thorough in explanations and processes, and took her time. The experience was amazing as we were not rushed, and as a result the food was great! The sake paired with it was also perfect. Highly recommend this as a must do for anyone in Tokyo - Josh & Asha

Our class with Emi was one of the highlights of our trip to Tokyo. We had a wonderful experience learning about and preparing sushi, having interesting conversations with our fellow classmates while eating and drinking the delicious results of our practice. My shrimp cutting skills might still need some work but this class should not be missed if you're spending some time in Tokyo and looking for a next-level experience.

We had a great time at our sushi class with you. We learned a lot about making sushi and learning about the culture and seeing a Japanese home. I was able to find the small towels I was looking for at the kappabashi. Thank you for a wonderful sushi lesson and sorry about the mixup at the train station.

We so enjoyed our sushi lesson with Emi in her home. Not only did we make a fabulous meal (sushi, Japanese omelet and miso soup), but we learned about the Japanese culture and what it's like to live in Tokyo. Thank you Emi for a wonderful experience! I bought an omelet pan at the Kitchen Street and can't wait to try making it!

We learned a lot about Japanese cooking with Emi and it was really nice to get an idea of what life is like in Japan at her home is a residential Tokyo neighborhood. It was also great to be able to ask her all the random questions about Japan we had accumulated during our stay. The food was great too!
