In this cooking class, you will make seven kinds of nigiri sushi. Fresh sashimi of salmon, tuna, sea bream, eel, egg, squid, and yellowtail will be used. Red vinegar will be used. This is Edomae sushi.
For dessert, you will make a dessert with agar and brown sugar syrup. Brown sugar syrup will also be made from brown sugar.
