★★★★★I recently attended a fantastic cooking class focused on Temari sushi, miso soup, daifuku, and the Japanese tea ceremony, and it was an unforgettable experience. The instructor, Keiko, was incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through each dish with precision and enthusiasm. I learned the art of crafting delicate, colorful Temari sushi, perfected a rich, savory miso soup, and made soft, sweet daifuku. I learned the proper techniques for preparing and serving matcha, from whisking it to the graceful handling of utensils. The class was hands-on, informative, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The best part was enjoying the delicious food we made together at the end. Highly recommended for anyone interested in authentic Japanese cuisine and culture!
