In this 90-minute tea ceremony session, you will experience Japanese calligraphy, and the traditional art of tea-making. Initially, you will write simple words like 一、十、百. Then try to write your favourite words (愛、心）and also your name in Japanese characters！after that, you observe a master preparing authentic matcha, which you will also have the opportunity to taste. Following this, you will take part in making matcha yourself, adhering to the rituals and learning about the associated manners. Additionally, you will be served traditional Japanese sweets. While it is not possible to fully grasp all the manners and rituals in such a short time, you will gain an understanding of the basic concepts.

★★★★★My group of 13 people really relished eating the various Japanese sweets. They were too delicious. They were cute and came in variety of shapes, colours and unique taste. The ceremony depicted the rich tradition of Japanese people. Kazuki is down to earth and explained the method of preparing Matcha tea in a traditional way along with procedure to drink it. The host Hiroko is so gentle and treated us with genuine hospitality. It was a pleasure meeting with Kazuki and Hiroko as my group is enriched with the culture and tradition of Japanese people. Kazuki also taught us practising calligraphy of KANZI. It was fun learning our names in Japanese language KANZI. Keep up the good work, Kazuki.
