The Japanese tea ceremony is a centuries-old tradition closely tied to Zen Buddhist principles, and a popular way to experience Japanese culture. There are several variations on this ritual. At its base, powdered green tea (matcha) is prepared and served in accordance with strict rules. Oftentimes, wagashi (Japanese sweets) is served alongside the bitter green tea.
In this class, we will make fruit sandwich with seasonal fruits.

I will teach you to make it easily when you return to your country.

Take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to Nagai station. I'll be waiting in front of the ticket office near Exit5 of Nagai station 15 minutes before the starting time. It's an 8-minute walk from the station to my house. Nagai station is about 20 minutes from Umeda subway station and about 15 minutes from Namba station.
When you get my house, the first thing you should do is wash your hands. And please have a welcome drink. Hot or cold tea and mineral water are available. If you like, please try green juice. Green juice is a well-known healthy drink in Japan. And then I'll explain you about today's lesson.
