Gyoza is one of the most famous dish in Japan. Origin is China it is steamed style however, Japanese style is pan-fried, not steamed.
In my class, I will prepare Gyoza skins and teach you how to wrap and cook Gyoza.(how to make inside ingredients, wrap, fried)
