Let’s cook Gyoza dumplings and Octopus balls! I’ll give you their recipe if you like!
① Gyoza dumplings.
Filling is pork, cabbage, onion, ginger and garlic. Soy sauce flavor. We can wrap together!
② Octopus balls (Takoyaki)
Originally filling is Octopus. Other filling will be sausages and cheeses. It’s really hot! It would be really fun when we flip them!
How to cook Gyoza dumplings and Octopus balls(Takoyaki).
① Gyoza dumplings.
Filling is pork, cabbage, onion, ginger and garlic. Cut all of these vegetables! Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. We can wrap and grill together!!
② Octopus balls (Takoyaki)
Make a dough first and leave it in the fridge. Cut octopus, sausages, dried squid, dried shrimp, pickled ginger and green onions. Pour in the electric grill first, put dried shrimp stuff, at last put Octopus or Sausages. When half baked, flip time has come! It’s really difficult but so much fun to make them! Add bonito flakes and green seaweeds. Enjoy!
We’ll make Bonito flakes together!!
I’ll be waiting at the gate of Kichijoji station. It takes about 10 minutes from Shinjuku Station! We can stop by supermarket if you have time.
Make fillings first and let’s wrap and grill together!
Cook dough first and dripping time is really fun!! Enjoy!!
Shave down the dried Bonito!! Also fun!!
I’ll go to Kichijoji station with you. Goodbye and see you again!
Hi there!
I’m Yuko from Tokyo.
I’d like to speak with foreign tourists. I like to tell you our Japanese culture and learn various foreign cultures.
I’ve been in London when I was a primary school student for a year and I did homestay in England during my university summer holidays.
I’ve traveled to almost 30 countries in my life.
I used to host many tourists as home visits at my house before Covid-19. I invited my guests from around the world. Recently, I video chat with my English language partner.
This time, I’d like to have meals with you all. If you have spare time, we can cook together. I ordinarily work on weekdays. So I can hold the class on weekends or sometimes Weekdays.
If you interested my profile, take a look at my menu.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further information.
I’m looking forward to meeting you!
