OKONOMIYAKI
Okonomiyaki is a pancake-like food made by adding various ingredients to flour dissolved in water and mixing them.
Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.
In this cooking class, we will make okonomiyaki together. Those who wish will go shopping together. Cut the cabbage and combine it with the grated Chinese yam, egg, cake flour and bonito flakes. Grill it on a hot plate with pork and top it with your favorite toppings to complete. If you wish, you can add seafood. It's an easy dish that anyone can make.

Please go to Honjo azumabashi station which takes 5 mins from Asakusa station,Oshiage skytree station. Then HARU (host) will pick you up there!
