Vegetables include sweet potatoes, pumpkins, lotus roots, eggplants, perilla leaf, spring chrysanthemums, and mushrooms. I will give you delicious tempura powder as a gift!
・ Kakiage
Kakiage is one type of tempura that is fried in combination with several kinds of fine ingredients. Avocado and small shrimp fried are popular in my home. Let ’s fry two kakiage by yourself!
・ Miso soup with tofu
We have miso soup every morning. Miso soup has long been loved in Japan. Please experience the taste of "umami".

I’m a housewife, living with my husband, daughter and a dog.
I have been teaching various dishes, mainly Japanese food, for about 10 years in a cooking school in Tokyo. While spending time with students who enjoyed participating in the class, I also wanted people from all over the world to experience the joy of cooking and the beauty of Japanese cuisine.
My house is located at a 10-minute walk from Kugayama Station on Keiko Inokashira Line, which is 15 minutes by express train from Shibuya Station. It is also a 3-minute train ride from Kichijoji Station.
