Kimchi Fried Rice is our family's favourite dish . contains pork and egg. This Fried Rice is a little spicy.

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

    Rice

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

Cooking Class Information

First, finely chop the vegetables and mix them with the pork to make the gyoza filling.
Then, wrap the filling in gyoza skin.
The gyoza are fried in a frying pan.

For the kimchi fried rice, finely chop the pork, kimchi, and green onions. Then, make the fried rice in a Big frying pan.
