    Gyoza is a dumpling wrapping ingredients with a thin dough. Common ingredients are Minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it is evolved uniquely in Japan and now different from Chinese one.

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brand ,such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

  • Miso Soup

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. Soup is made from dashi (Japanese stock) and Miso paste. Common ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but different from personal preference. Using the type of miso is different from region. In western Japan, white miso is mostly used. in east region, White miso is often used.

In this cooking class.we can cook Japanese gyoza together!
Gyoza is one of the most popular Japanese dishes.
It’s different from Chinese style dumplings.because they are pan-fried.instead of steamed.
We will start by first preparing the gyoza wrappers from dough.
Then.cut the vegetables and meat and wrap those ingredients with the gyoza wrappers.
Finally we fry them whit a big pan!
You can learn how to wrap ingredients whit the wrappers and form gyoza properly.
Gyoza wrappers are crispy whit the vegetables and meat inside the Gyoza are juicy.
We will also make a type of Japanese soul food.the rolled omelet by using a rectangular frying pan.It’s fluffy and sweet!!
