Yoriko is an amazing educated chef. We started off picking our veggies, making gyoza, she taught me how to cut, mince and helped me make gyoza and ramen! This was ALL VEGAN which was great! I am 100% going to recommend to others! Definitely a highlight to my trip! Thanks Yori!!
I had a wonderful cooking class with Yoriko with fresh ingredients right from her garden. Can highly recommend doing a class with her.
